1:1 PRIVATE COACHING

This is a process.

Private coaching is not a single conversation.
It is a period of focused work around what is actually happening in your life.

The work I do is designed to create meaningful, lasting change not temporary clarity that fades once the conversation is over.
For that reason, I don't offer one-off sessions or predetermined packages.
Each person comes to this work with a different story, a different level of awareness and a different set of circumstances. The work needs to reflect that.

We begin with a free consultation to understand where you are, what you're navigating and what you want to change. It also gives us the opportunity to determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

From there, I propose a tailored coaching journey based on what we uncover, the level of support you need and the depth of the work we're stepping into together.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

When what worked before no longer does.

You may not be in crisis. You may even have a life that works perfectly well from the outside. But something has shifted: in what you want, what you value, or what you're no longer willing to keep carrying. You feel disconnected from the life you’ve actually been building.

You may be questioning the roles you've played, the expectations you've followed or the choices that once made sense. You may recognise patterns you no longer want to repeat, feel disconnected from the direction you're heading, or know that something needs to change without yet knowing what comes next.

You don't need to have it figured out. You need to be willing to look.

WHAT THIS WORK ASKS OF YOU

This work asks for more than your time.

It asks for presence, honesty and a willingness to look at yourself beyond the patterns, narratives and explanations that have become familiar.

I don't expect you to arrive with all the answers. I don't expect certainty, perfect self-awareness or constant progress. But I do ask for a willingness to stay curious about what emerges, to take responsibility for the choices that are yours to make, and to engage with the work beyond our conversations.

This isn't a space for quick fixes or for someone else to tell you how to live your life. It is a space to take yourself seriously, to question what needs questioning, practise what needs practising, and begin making choices with greater clarity, direction and integrity.
